*Open the Podcast App on your apple or IOS device

*Type Midlife Crescendo into search Bar and then click on the show

*Scroll to the bottom of the show and look for Ratings and Review section as you see in photo on this page.

* Click review and leave your thoughts about the podcast! Don't forget to "RATE" it 5 stars in the Rate section! 😊 

Anywhere you listen should be similar. 

THEN take a screen shot of your review and email to me  at info@debbiecunningham.net with CONTEST in the subject line. If you have trouble with screen shots then tell me your review name  so I can look it up

On Youtube:

Just click subscribe, take a screen shot and email that screen shot with your name/youtube name 

to info@debbiecunningham.net  with CONTEST in subject line

to be entered in the contest!

Click ABOUT then

Click to Follow the show (it will say following once you do) 

and below the word Episode you'll now see a star sign. click that and another screen will pop up with 5 empty stars. Click the number of stars to solid to rate the show! (click all 5 stars if you love it!) 😊
